StoneCo Development, LLC., founded in 2003 by Bob Stone, builds custom homes and high-end remodels in the West Georgia/East Alabama area. As StoneCo began, we concentrated primarily on building "spec" houses on Lake Wedowee. We have now become much more a "job-order" business as we now have the capabilities for design as well as construction and we are determined to satisfy the demands of our customers. Although our main concentration is residential construction, we are licensed and insured in Georgia and Alabama for residential and commercial construction and development.
